Bronze for Primirest
Our chef, Roman Preissler, received a great third place in the prestigious Chef of the Year competition!
Roman, who is a pillar of our Primirest team in Tanvald, proved that we can find real talents even in the field of school meals. His fresh recipe for ground beef with cheese and herbs in puff pastry, which he served with roasted vegetables and pea puree with cream and basil, i.e. carefully selected ingredients and precise technique, secured him an excellent 3rd place in the category Food for youth from 11 to 18 years.
This success is proof that passion for cooking and determination to create tasty and healthy meals for our schoolchildren can lead to the top of the gastronomic world.
