As part of the Primirest CulinaryCalendar in the third week of May, try the delicious tender pork slice, which we will serve with a vegetable ragout.

Spring on a plate? Currently, the green color of spring herbs and tasty vegetables dominates. Therefore, as the recipe of the month, we will offer to the all Primirest diners a tender pork slice with a vegetable ragout of young beans and tender peas. As a side dish, our brand chef Tomáš Cikhart  chose boiled potatoes with salsa verde sauce.

Peas and beans full of life

Peas and beans plants are similar in many ways. It belongs to the leguminous family, which, in addition to beans and peas, also includes, for example, chickpeas, broad beans, peas, clover, licorice, groundnuts, soybeans, tamarind and many other lesser-known representatives. There are indeed a lot of legumes, but in our latitudes the most popular are sweet peas, flavorful broad beans and tender green beans. Legumes contain high-quality proteins and lots of vitamins and minerals. The fiber content ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety.
